Hi Ladies!

I’m sorry I’ve been quiet on the blog front last week. I’ve been so busy with wedding planning I had no time to take any photos which made me sad as I absolutely love blogging so I’m going to make sure it never happens again!

I hope you’ve all had a great weekend, mine was pretty hectic again! Saturday I spent the day shopping (yay!) and bought some great pieces from Primark & H&M, then I spent most of Saturday evening ordering bits and pieces for the wedding reception which took ages as I’m doing some DIY stuff (I’m very nervous about this!!)

I then also spent a good couple of hours working on a piece I’m writing for somebody which I’m super excited to be able to share with you soon! Sunday morning I went to church which is a new thing me and my fiancé have started doing since hearing our banns being read and the church service starts at 9:15 which is so early for a Sunday morning! Sunday’s church service was especially nice as I got to see my first ever christening and it was nice that the family shared this special day with the rest of the church.

After church I then met my makeup artist for my wedding trial which was really exciting as I’ve never had my makeup done professionally before. I chose a Smoky eye look and I’m so pleased with the result, it’ll look amazing with my wedding dress! My fiancé and future brother in law who is also the best man spent the afternoon mountain biking so it was a nice girly afternoon!

Once my fiancé came home I was able to finally get my blog photos done in between the hail showers!

So here is my latest spring trend look, a beautiful floral dress from Fashion Union which is full of colour and really looks so pretty, everyone said how pretty this dress is. It features a gorgeous low cut back with cross over straps for that extra wow factor. I styled this dress with a pair of chunky sandals from Glamorous which is the hottest trend of the summer; they harden up the look and add to the edgy look that I love very much!

The dress and the sandals work so well together it’s one of my favourite outfits I own! I’m very excited about wearing this look on my honeymoon in June. I added the studded leather jacket which I received from Glamorous last year as it’s a bit cold outside at the moment and thought the contrast between the pretty floral dress and the black studded biker jacket worked so well and looks great!
