I hope you all had a great weekend! I didn’t do much, mainly relaxed and went shopping in Cambridge; I had another shop in Primark and bought a few things so I’ll be doing a big haul on here later this week!

The weather has been really bad here for the past couple of days, rain, wind, storms, the worst conditions for taking photos :( I managed to nip out and get some photos during a gap in the rain, so if you’re wondering why I look windswept that’s why! Bring on summer!

In the photos below I’m wearing a really stunning, sophisticated dress from Chi Chi London. The cut of the dress is just perfect, it suits my figure perfectly. I love the high neckline and the length. The dress has a really nice embroidered pattern all over; it’s such a well-made dress.

This dress would be perfect for a wedding or a meal out, dressed with heels and accessories it’s the perfect look if you want to look glamorous and classy. This dress would also look nice as a day dress in the summer with some cute sandals, perfect for a family BBQ or get together :)

I wore this Chi Chi London dress with my platform boots, black blazer and a small black F&F bag. I love this look, making the dress look edgy & glamorous.

I hope you’re all having a good week so far!

I spent the weekend with my fiance (we’re not living together until we’re married, I’m quite traditional!) and we went for a walk in the winter sunshine, I also decided to take a few photos of my outfit for my blog.

I recently went shopping in Primark and came across this stunning Marvel Super Hero top on a mannequin however I couldn’t find one in my size! I asked a member of staff if they had any more in my size and he was very helpful and had a look out the back for me, whilst I waited for him to come back I looked at the size of the top on the mannequin and it was my size! (typical) the helpful man came back empty handed so I asked if I could have the one on the mannequin so he started to take it off the mannequin for me when another member of staff found one so I did manage to get it in the end, thanks to the staff in the Cambridge Primark for being so helpful!

It has a comic print with various Marvel characters all over in a vintage faded style. It’s so different and just looks so awesome and so trendy. I styled it with my chunky gold necklace to give it that edgy look that I love & of course I wore it with my beanie as it was freezing!

I went for a casual look with converse and blue new look super soft jeans, the perfect outfit for a laid back Sunday afternoon!

I couple of basic tops from Primark along with this super hero top which you can see in this post, Distressed Denim Hot Pants. Like I’ve said before, every wardrobe should have a few basic tops in grey, white and black as they often make an outfit & are so easy to style up.

This is one of my more basic outfits that’s so easy to style up with accessories :)

Hows January treating you so far? Taking advantage of the January sales I hope :)

I picked up these stylish high waisted distressed denim shorts in the sale from Boohoo for £12, the are just perfect! They fit me perfectly and look so flattering.

I know it's still very cold here in the UK but I just had to feature these shorts on my blog. You could easily wear them with black tights during the winter with a jumper and layer which is a must for winter!

I'm wearing a basic grey T shirt from Primark, I think it's important for every wardrobe to have a range of basic tops as they make an outfit. I'm also wearing a blue cardigan I bought from H&M just after Christmas, it has a stripy effect to it and it's nice and thin, I love thin cardigans as sometimes wearing a thick cardigan or jumper under a coat can make me a bit too hot if I'm shopping or doing lot's of walking. My black beanie is also from Primark along with the chunky gold necklace.

The bow & arrow bracelet which I also featured in my last post Chiffon Maxi is from H&M and I bought it in the sale for £3, I love this style of bracelet and also looking for a ring like this too, so if you know where I can find this kind of jewellery please let me know!
